1. Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygienic reasons, baby feeding products and earrings cannot be returned once opened.

2. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it or provide a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (Mandy Nina)

• Used or opened baby products

• Medical devices that have been installed or used

• Items marked as Final Sale

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
